We arrived yesterday in Ruse - all of our guitars arrived okay and we are staying at a hotel with gorgeous views on the Danube river on the boarder of Bulgaria and Romania.
Last night we attended a concert of the guitar orchestra from a local academy with a wide variety of music from Bach to the Pink Panther. We had dinner with friends from the orchestra and the guitarists from the orchestra of Plovdiv.
We are enjoying the local wine, cheese and fresh produce.
We are looking forward to another local guitar orchestra performance tonight and our concert tomorrow. Our next stop will be Varna on the Black Sea coast on Friday.
